• I began teaching career at LCJH in 2018.
• I am currently beginning my 4^th year here.
• I teach 7^th grade math.

I began my teaching career at Bridge City Middle School teaching 6^th and 7^th grade math. Prior to that I worked as an aide at Bridge City High School in ISS/DAEP and the Intermediate School in Title I. After leaving the Middle School I began working as a middle school teacher teaching 6^th, 7^th, 8^th grade math and Algebra at St. Catherine’s in Port Arthur. I have been in education field for a total of 21 years, Fifteen of those as a math teacher. 

• I have been married to my current husband since 1998.
• I have two children, two step-children, two grandchildren 4 step-grandachildren and one step-great grandchild on the way.
• I have two furry children...a German Shepard and a chihuahua (both rescues).
• I have four feather children that I have raised since they were a week old..

• My hobbies are reading and crafting.
• When I am not teaching, I like to spend time with my furry children, feather children and grandchildren.
